It's almost 2 years now and the local TV station is still not planning to air the US version Digimon series. On the other side of the world, Digimon 02 has already been released! I've watched the Hong Kong Digimon videos (with Chinese subtitles version) since they don't have the English version here, but I did manage to find Vol. 1 - 3 US version. And we don't have the Digimon animated series aired here, either. I am one sad Digimon fan. Anyway, I can understand a few Chinese words but most of it were translated by my younger sister, Irene.

Digimon Adventure - Other English dubbed version I've finally bought the English version of Vol. 1-6 but not the American English from FoxKids. I think it was either a local, Malaysian English dubbed version or other Asian English version. The problem is that their voice dub is not very good... but I guess it's better than the Malay version. Waaah! Why can't I just get the original version with English subtitles instead?!
Other than that, Rose bought me a wonderful gift for no reason. She got me a "Digimon Adventure 02 - Single Hit Parade"!!! It's a |

Koumimi? Jyoumi? Or nothing at all??? After I've seen the group pic from Digital Sushi that has proven some of them are official couples, I was quite disappointed that neither Jyou nor Koushiro is with Mimi. There's Takeru with Hikari, Yamato with Sora (Poor Taichi! ^^;) and Ken with Miyako (although Rose still denies that they're together).
Yeah, like maybe one of you guys better ask Mimi out for a date?! Don't tell me that none of them have feelings for Mimi! That's impossible! After watching the first season of this series (Digimon 01), I thought for sure that Mimi will ended up with either Jyou or Koushiro. But up until now, I still couldn't find any website that has any info about this trio's (Digimon 02) relationship. No proof, no evidence about either of them being together...not even a HINT! What is Toei Animation up to? The suspense is killing me. |

Digimon Adventure Music CDs! Waaaaaah!!! I can't believe my luck! I found a music CD that I like and it's related to Digimon! It's the Digimon 02: Partner Song Collection Vol. 1 from Ever Anime. It's the only one left (or at least that's what I thought). Anyway, I bought it on that day, too. I'm so happy because the songs in it are very good, sung by the original 01 Chosen Children and their digimons. All 18 songs in total. If you're a Digimon Adventures fanatic, you definitely don't wanna miss this! "Atarashii Taiyou" by Taichi, "Agumon Ondo" by Agumon, "Team" by Taichi and Agumon are just cute. I like "Happy Smile" by Mimi and Palmon the best! |

Digimon Adventure Music CDs II! Yet again, I can't believe my luck! I bought 'Digimon 02: Partner Song Collection Vol. 2'! Presenting Daisuke, Miyako, Iori, Takeru, Hikari, Ken and their Digimons! The songs are majorly cool, especially Daisuke's and Miyako's partner songs. "Don't stop, Pata Pata!" by Patamon is sooo cute! Even my Mom kept asking me to play that song. ^^; |

Digimon Series: The Malay dubbed version Finally on air but... What a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! I know it's gonna be too good to be true that they're gonna show the US version so, I thought that they're gonna air the Asian-English dubbed episodes instead. But no... they aired the Malay-dubbed version! Gaaaaak!!!!! Their voice acting is a lot worse than the Asian-English one! And some of their conversation doesn't match the scenes. Huh... and I've been waiting for so long, too.

Digimon 03 - Digimon Tamers Confirmed! Digimon 03 or known in Japan as Digimon Tamers, the new Digimon series is going to be on aired in Japan real soon. Thanks to Fujita for this info! Unlike Digimon and Digimon 02, this one has nothing to do with the previous series. I guess that's why it's called Digimon Tamers not Digimon Adventure 03.
Sure... they had a great bunch of new characters but I was also hoping that they (Toei Animation) would make the original Digidestined more...how would you put this, alive. Before watching 02, I thought for sure that Taichi and Sora would become a couple but no...Sora has someone else in mind. Argh! And I thought Jun has given up when Yamato already found his new love but I didn't expect....! Grrr, why, why, WHY??? As for Jou and Mimi, nothing in the 02 version! I really, really like the first version better. Rose was right. They should have just left Digimon Adventure's story that way without the 2nd version. But I still wanna watch it... Is Mimi really going to end up with Michael instead?
Before watching Digimon 02, these were the possibilities I had in mind.
Rina: Taichi and Sora? Yamato and Mimi? Taichi and Mimi? Jou and Sora? ...Jou and Mimi, I hope!
Rose: Maybe he's just not into girls. True love is sooo blind...

Bye-bye, Digimon Adventure I've been downloading some episode clips of the Japanese version of Digimon 02 from the internet lately because I can't wait any longer to know the story. Even though I didn't really get the whole story. ^^;

Digimon Adventure series has finally come to an end but that doesn't stop me from being a massive Digimon fan. I still love Digimon Adventure; I'm still a Jou/Mimi coupling fan. So, let's just say goodbye to Digimon Adventure and make way for the all new series of Digimon Universe, Digimon Tamers!

Digimon Wonder Cup! Recently, the Nestle company (Malaysia) is promoting Digimon merchandise by selling an ice cream product called Digimon Wonder Cup. The last time it was for Hello Kitty and Friends. Inside every cup, there's a small plastic model of a Digimon. It's like one of those cereal boxes that has a prize in every box. I bought two today. The first one I got was a Numemon...
And the second one is Patamon! Thank goodness... There's eight all of them; Agumon, Mochimon, Patamon, Pyocomon, Numemon, Gabumon, Pukamon and Palmon. I'm trying to collect them all, I just hope I won't get a Numemon again... |

Rina Cat in the Post Star Newspaper! I've always dreamed that one day my work will be printed in a newspaper but I never thought it will happen in someplace far away from Malaysia, like America!
Thanks to Mike for sending the paper all the way from America!
That's right! I was referring to Mike Peterson of the Post Star Paper. Visit their site here! It's educational... |

Presents from Fujita-sama! Fujita is such a sweet and generous person! He said he's going to send me some Digimon stuff from Japan but I didn't expect gifts in one big (well, not so big) box. I got the presents a few months ago (June if I'm not mistaken), I just decided to show it off today, wahaha! XD; Here are some of the stuff inside.
A Tailmon/Hawkmon Digivice (Japanese version)...
...And finally, two different Digimon doujinshis by two different artist. It's thin but it's worth a lot for a Digimon fanatic like me. XD The first book is about Wizardmon and Tailmon's love story, while the second one is about Koushiro, Ken and their Digimons. Thank you again, Fujita! For all these wonderful gifts! ^o^ |
